For my collide video I decided to make up my own type face using these square boxes. At first I made the type in illustrator but then it took too long to import because the file was huge. So, I made the boxes up in After Effects and then copyd and pasted them enough to make up each letter. And as you can probably imagine it took a long time but it looks really cool when the letters rotate especially when I add a light onto it from an angle.

Firstly, I did this cube in illustrator and made up each letter but the file was moving so slow each time I tried to play it because it was moving a large file from illustrator into After Effects so therefore I just did it again in After effects by measuring out a square duplicating it and then marking the 3D box to move each square into place to make up this cube.
