So After a whole waste of 2 days I have done my book again!, I added a few pages like the opening sheet and the contents. This time I know exactly where all my images are and I imported them all correctly so when I take it to print everything should be as apears. Also i used master pages for the page numbers and headings so It looks like a set rather then maybe some off line.

Another thing I did was change the size of my book by making it a little smaller and narrower, i think it is more appropriate as the book before was pretty much a square. The dimensions for the new layout: 

Width- 150mm

Height- 200mm

Column- 8

Gutter 2

Facing pages

and the rest are default.
